Text-Only Chat vs. Guided Components

We conducted user research to test whether enterprise users prefer guided, component-based interactions over text-only LLM chat experiences. Despite growing familiarity with conversational LLMs like ChatGPT, we hypothesized that structured guidance would still be preferred in enterprise workflows.
